* How quickly will I receive my order?
From the moment you purchase the product, orders that are not in pre-order will be shipped within 5 to 8 working days. Once the courier picks up the parcel, you will receive a confirmation email. Often this communication ends up in the "Spam" section so please check it in case you have not received it correctly.
Deliveries in ITALY are made by GLS Service Italy during normal office hours.
In the case of sending goods to VENICE OR MINOR ISLANDS, the shipping cost is €16.00, in which case we will contact the buyer for integration.
In the case of sending goods to EU or EXTRA-EU countries, the shipping cost will vary depending on the country of destination, plus any customs charges.
* When will I receive my pre-order item?
Pre-order orders will be shipped on the day the product is released. The lead time is always 5 to 8 working days. However, in recent years, the printing times for vinyl records have been getting longer and are suffering from a lot of delays, which results in delayed deliveries. For this reason, we invite the customer to keep an eye on our channels and the artist's channels for any communication. If you have any further questions, please write to shop@panicoconcerti.com.
* Can I add an item to an order that has already been placed?
In most cases this is not possible. Each article or order is equivalent to an invoice. adding an additional article to an order already placed may cause logistical problems. In any case, we consider the possibility of meeting customer requirements wherever possible. We therefore advise you to send an e-mail to shop@panicoconcerti.com to evaluate the addition of an article.
* Can I return an order?
All products with a defect or damage must be reported to shop@panicoconcerti.com accompanied by photos and videos. Once assessed, we will proceed with the return and replacement of the product.
If the item in question has sold out, replacement will not be possible. In that case we will consider granting a consumable discount code in our shop.
We also strongly recommend that you check the parcel when it is delivered by the courier. Be sure that there are no external damages (holes, folds, dents, cuts, openings, ...), it is advisable to photograph the packaging before opening.
Any errors or damage committed by the courier and not reported immediately will not be taken into account as a replacement for a defective product.
In this regard, the customer must immediately dispute the integrity of the package with the courier and mark 'ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE' on the courier's delivery receipt indicating the reason for such reservation.
In the case of time-limited promotions, it will not be possible to cancel the order and cancel the return.
